Adapun, Riva jadi tersangka tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang periode 2018–2023.
Kini terkuak, berapa kisaran gaji dan tunjangan yang ia terima.
Informasi ini berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan 2023 PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.
Total kompensasinya, mencapai 19,1 juta dollar AS (sekitar Rp 312 miliar).
Dengan jumlah tujuh anggota Dewan Komisaris dan tujuh anggota Dewan Direksi, maka jika dibagi rata, setiap individu diperkirakan menerima kompensasi sekitar 1,36 juta dollar AS atau sekitar Rp 21,8 miliar per tahun (asumsi kurs Rp 16.000 per dollar AS).
Jika angka tersebut dibagi dalam 12 bulan, maka estimasi gaji Direktur Utama Pertamina Patra Niaga per bulan mencapai Rp 1,81 miliar.
