Trump menyebut Greta sebagai "orang gila" dan "pembuat onar" setelah aktivis muda asal Swedia itu ditangkap dan dideportasi oleh militer Israel karena terlibat dalam misi armada bantuan ke Gaza.
"Maksud Anda dia tidak lagi peduli lingkungan dan sekarang ikut aksi ini? Dia pembuat onar, punya masalah manajemen amarah, dan seharusnya pergi ke dokter," kata Trump ketika dimintai komentar soal penangkapan itu, seperti dikutip sejumlah media AS, Rabu (7/10/2025).
"Dia sangat marah, dia sangat gila. Kau boleh menangkapnya," tambahnya.
