Hal itu disampaikan saat konferensi pers bersama Menteri Pekerjaan Umum, Dody Hanggodo di rumah dinasnya, Jalan Widya Chandra IV No. 23, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (7/10/2025).
Cak Imin menegaskan pembangunan sekecil apapun harus terdapat Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB).
Ia juga menuturkan bahwa semua perizinan tidak dipungut biaya atau gratis.
Selain itu, Cak Imin menegaskan terkait semua pembangunan yang sedang berjalan di pondok pesantren seluruh Indonesia untuk dihentikan sementara.
Iizin mendirikan pembangunan adalah hal yang sangat penting menurut Menko PM.
Cak Imin menegaskan terkait hal perizinan karena sebelumnya, bangunan yang roboh di pondok pesantren Al-Khoziny, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur tidak memiliki izin mendirikan bangunan.
Ia juga menyebut bangunan di setiap pondok pesantren memiliki umur yang cukup tua, yakni rata-rata 100-150 tahun.
Oleh karena itu, Cak Imin mengajak masyarakat agar terus mengerti mengenai izin mendirikan bangunan.
