Di mana pria berinisial BH itu menabrak mobil Patwal Polres Kendal dan sempat pukul polisi seusai mobilnya diberhentikan.
Mobil yang dikemudikan BH terpaksa dihentikan lantaran berkendala secara ugal-ugalan dan membahayakan pengguna jalan, saat melintas di Pantura Soekarno Hatta, atau tepat di depan kantor Satpol PP Kendal.
Pria asal Kecamatan Brangsong Kabupaten Kendal itu rupanya pernah bertugas di Kostrad.
Kemudian dipindah ke Kodim 0715 Kendal namun sudah diberhentikan secara tidak dengan hormat dari dinas militer sekitar tahun 2018.
Namun, Ely tidak mengungkapkan alasan dilakukan pemberhentian tersebut.
Ely menerangkan, pelaku saat ini telah berstatus sebagai masyarakat sipil. Sehingga segala bentuk perilaku yang diperbuat sudah tidak terikat dengan lembaga militer.
Ia juga meminta pelaku agar menaati aturan hukum yang berlaku.
Dia menambahkan, pihaknya juga telah menyerahkan sepenuhnya proses hukum ke polisi untuk menindaklanjuti perbuatan yang telah dilakukan pelaku.
