Sekaligus, memperingatkan bahwa negara-negara Eropa yang ikut mendukung atau menerima sumbangan senjata dari AS akan dianggap sebagai “target sah” dalam konflik.
Peringatan juga menyebut bahwa Moskow tidak akan tinggal diam jika ancaman terhadap wilayahnya meningkat.
