Kini peretas Iran mengancam akan membocorkan lebih banyak email yang diklaim diambil dari lingkaran Presiden AS Donald Trump.
Dikutip dari The Times of Israel, para peretas itu menggunakan nama samaran Robert.
Peretas Iran mengaku mereka memiliki sekira 100 gigabyte email dari akun Kepala Staf Gedung Putih.
Mereka juga mengklaim memiliki data dari pengacara dan penasihat khusus Donald Trump.
Robert mengaku akan menjual materi tersebut, namun tidak memberikan rincian mengenai rencana mereka atau isi email tersebut.
Jaksa Agung AS Pam Bondi menanggapi ancaman dari peretas Iran tersebut.
Ia menggambarkan instruksi tersebut sebagai serangan siber yang tidak bermoral.
Di satu sisi, Teheran sempat membantah melakukan spionase siber.
Sementara Robert disebut sudah muncul pada bulan-bulan terakhir kampanye presiden 2024.
Saat itu, Robert mengklaim telah membobol akun email beberapa sekutu Trump.
Lalu, para peretas menyebarkan email ke wartawan.
