Jokowi Terbitkan Perpres Percepatan Pembangunan IKN Izinkan Investor HGU Hingga 190 Tahun
KOMPAS.TV - Presiden Joko Widodo menandatangani Peraturan Presiden Nomor 75, Tahun 2024, tentang percepatan pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara atau IKN. Dalam Perpres tersebut investor IKN bisa mendapat izin hak guna usaha hampir 2 abad.Perpres berisi 14 pasal ini mengatur soal fasilitas, perizinan, hingga ganti rugi, dan hak guna usaha, atau HGU. Terkait pemberian HGU bagi investor dalam jangka waktu hingga 95 tahun dan bisa diperpanjang dalam dua kali siklus.
