Perwira IDF tersebut meminta peninjauan kembali pelepasan kontrak mereka.
Hal itu dilakukan para perwira IDF lantaran merasa kurang dihargai dan didelegitimasi oleh masyarakat Israel dan beberapa politisi zionis.
Atas hal itu, Israel kehabisan pasukan dan berencana akan merekrut laki-laki Yahudi Ultra-Ortodoks untuk bergabung di militer.
Hal tersebut juga muncul usai adanya keputusan pengadilan mengenai dinas militer Ultra-Ortodoks.
