Sudewo menekankan, uang yang sudah disita Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) itu merupakan pendapatannya saat menjadi anggota DPR periode 2019–2024.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Sudewo di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Rabu (27/8/2025).
Sebelumnya, Sudewo mengaku diperiksa penyidik KPK sebagai saksi dalam kasus korupsi DJKA Kemenhub itu.
Dalam pemeriksaannya, Sudewo menyatakan sudah memberikan keterangan jujur ke penyidik saat diperiksa.
