Direktur Penyidikan pada Jampidsus Kejagung, Abdul Qohar mengatakan, bahwa pihaknya akan memeriksa seluruh pihak yang diduga terlibat dalam perkara tersebut.
"Siapapun yang terlibat dalam perkara ini baik berdasarkan keterangan saksi, maupun berdasarkan dokumen atau alat bukti yang lain pasti akan dipanggil untuk dimintai keterangan," kata Qohar dalam jumpa pers, Rabu (26/2/2025).
Ahok sempat menjabat sebagai Komut Pertamina dari 2019 sampai 2024, sebelum akhirnya mengundurkan diri pada Februari 2024.
Ahok sendiri belum memberikan banyak komentar soal kemungkinan pemanggilan ini.
Beberapa pihak mendukung pemanggilan Ahok untuk dimintai keterangannya, sementara yang lain menilai belum tentu dia terlibat langsung.
