Elvis melukai leher korban menggunakan golok hingga tewas.
Kapolres Kuantan Singingi (Kuansing) AKBP Angga F Herlambang pada Rabu (26/2/2025) mengatakan korban sempat berteriak sebentar dan tidak dapat melawan.
Elvis Adri mengaku membunuh isterinya karena cemburu.
Ia menduga ada pria lain di hati isterinya itu meski ia tidak memiliki bukti sama sekali.
Pelaku mengaku mendapat bisikan ghaib untuk membunuh isterinya menggunakan golok sembelih hewan kurban yang ia beli online.
Sebelum tragedi itu terjadi, ia menyimpan golok tersebut di keranjang pakaian.
Sementara itu AKBP Angga F Herlambang mengatakan bahwa motif pelaku membunuh isterinya karena cemburu dan sakit hati kepada istrinya.
Namun polisi masih mendalami pernyataan pelaku.
Penyidik juga akan melakukan tes kejiwaan terhadap Elvis.
