Dalam pernyataan resminya, seperti dikutip Al Arabiya News, Kamis (27/2/2025), otoritas setempat meminta masyarakat untuk mengamati hilal menggunakan teropong atau mata telanjang.
Jika hilal terlihat pada Jumat (28/2/2025) malam setelah shalat Maghrib, maka bulan suci Ramadhan akan dimulai pada Sabtu, 1 Maret 2025.
Sebaliknya, jika hilal tidak terlihat, maka awal Ramadhan akan jatuh pada Minggu, 2 Maret 2025. (Tribun-Video.com)
