Setidaknya ada empat orang yang ditetapkan jadi tersangka dan turut ditampilkan dalam rilis polisi pada Jumat (14/6/2024).
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi mengatakan, pelaku perampokan yakni Hendra Kasino atau HK.
Dalam konferensi pers, Hendra tampak pincang karena mengalami luka di kakinya seusai ditembak polisi.
Dari hasil pengembangan, terdapat tiga orang yang ikut terlibat karena menjual jam tangan mewah yang dicuri pelaku Hendra.
Mereka yakni MAH, DK, dan TFZ.
Ketiganya memiliki peran yang berbeda, untuk tersangka MAH, membantu pelaku utama untuk menjual tiga buah jam tangan.
Tersangka DK, menerima jam tangan mewah dari tangan MAH.
Kemudian tersangka TFZ juga dititipi dan dimintai tolong untuk menjual hasil curian Hendra.
Atas perbuatannya, Hendra dijerat dengan pasal 365 KUHP dengan ancaman sembilan tahun.
Sedangkan tiga tersangka lain dikenakan pasal 480 KUHP dengan ancaman maksimal, empat tahun penjara.
