Mahfud MD Sentil Kesalahan Fatal Jampidsus Nurcahyo, Sebut Jabatan Nadiem saat Jadi Tersangka Keliru

Menurut Mahfud, kekeliruan penyebutan jabatan Nadiem dapat berdampak pada proses hukum selanjutnya.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan Mahfud MD melalui unggahan media X pribadinya, Kamis (4/9).
"Saat mengumumkan NAM sebagai tersangka korupsi Dirdik Nurcahyo dari Kejagung menyebut Jabatan NAM di bulan Pebruari 2020 adalah Mendikbudristek," tulisnya.
"Harus cermat, saat itu NAM adalamMendikbud, belum Mendikbudristek. Hati-hati ddalam dakwaan nanti, subjectum litis bisa dieksepsi lho," ungkapnya
Menurutnya, pernyataan Nurcahyo yang menyebut Nadiem diduga melakukan korupsi saat menjabat Mendikbudristek.
Padahal, pada Februari 2020, Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemenristekdikti) dan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) masih terpisah.
Saat itu, Kemenristek dipimpin Bambang Brodjonegoro, sementara Kemendikbud dijabat oleh Nadiem Makarim.
Kemenristek kemudian dilebur ke dalam Kemendikbudristek pada 28 April 2021, saat Nadiem resmi menjadi menterinya.
Fungsi riset dan teknologi kemudian menjadi bagian dari Kemendikbudristek, sementara Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN) menjadi lembaga tersendiri.
Lantas, Mahfud menilai penyebutan jabatan yang keliru ini bisa berdampak besar pada proses dakwaan dan sengketa hukum.
Ia mengingatkan pentingnya cermat dalam menyebut jabatan Nadiem agar subjek hukum dalam dakwaan tidak menjadi masalah.
