ICW Bereaksi Eks Wamenaker Noel Jadi Tersangka: Wamen RI 1 Pertama Korupsi, Tamparan bagi Prabowo

Menurut ICW, kasus ini menjadi perkara korupsi pertama yang menjerat anggota Kabinet Merah Putih.
Lantas, disebutkannya, kasus ini sepatutnya menjadi tamparan bagi Presiden Prabowo.
Dilansir dari Wartakotalive.com, Sabtu (23/8) ICW menilai, pemberantasan korupsi tak cukup hanya dengan janji manis.
Namun menurutnya harus diikuti aksi nyata seperti menimbang rekam jejak, kompetensi, dan integritas jajaran kabinet.
"Jadi anggota Kabinet Merah Putih pertama yang tersangkut korupsi di masa jabatan yang sangat singkat. Dugaan keterlibatan Immanuel sepatutnya menjadi tamparan bagi Presiden Prabowo Subianto," tulis ICW dalam keterangannya, Sabtu (23/8/2025).
"Immanuel Ebenezer sebagai Wamenaker adalah produk bagi-bagi kursi kementerian kepada pendukung Prabowo-Gibran saat pemilu," tulis ICW.
Menurut ICW, Prabowo sebagai Kepala Negara memilih calon menteri dengan kompetensi dan visi yang bisa melakukan reformasi di kementerian/lembaga yang dipimpinnya.
"Alih-alih melakukan pembenahan terhadap korupsi yang KPK sebut berlangsung lama di Kemenaker, Immanuel justru diduga terlibat dalam pemerasan berjamaah di Kemenaker," tulis ICW.
Terkini, ICW meminta lembaga antirasuah segera menelusuri dugaan keterlibatan pihak-pihak lain.
Termasuk yang memiliki wewenang melakukan pengawasan di internal Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemenaker).
"Termasuk misalnya menteri, baik menteri pada periode saat ini ataupun periode sebelumnya, hingga inspektorat jenderal," tulis ICW.
Di antaranya, seperti menteri pada periode saat ini ataupun periode sebelumnya, hingga inspektorat jenderal.
Sebagai informasi, KPK menetapkan Wamenaker Noel tersangka bersama 10 orang yang terjerat kasus pemerasan pengurusan sertifikat K3 di Kemenaker.
Atas perbuatannya, para tersangka dipersangkakan Pasal 12 huruf (e) dan/atau Pasal 12B UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU No. 20 Tahun 2001 jo Pasal 64 ayat (1) KUHP jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
