Keluarga Vina Cirebon Ikut Senang Pegi Setiawan Bebas, Desak Polisi Cari Pelaku Sebenarnya

Kakak Vina, Marliana dalam keterangannya pada Senin (8/7/2024) di Kampung Samadikun, Kelurahan Kesenden, Kecamatan Kejaksan, Kota Cirebon, mengaku senang karena putusan ini membuktikan bahwa polisi salah tangkap.
Marliana mengaku iba jika Pegi yang mengalami salah tangkap justru harus menjalani hukuman atas kesalahan orang lain.
Lebih lanjut Marliana mengatakan keluarganya mendukung penuh upaya pencarian pelaku sebenarnya.
Ia menekankan bahwa penangkapan pelaku yang sebenarnya merupakan keadilan bagi keluarganya.
Dikatakan oleh Marliana bahwa keluarganya saat ini belum dapat terima karena pelaku masih bebas berkeliaran.
Adapun putusan praperadilan terhadap Pegi Setiawan ini dibacakan oleh hakim di Pengadilan Negeri Bandung, Senin (8/7/2024).
Dalam putusannya, hakim tunggal Eman Sulaeman menilai tak ditemukan bukti bahwa Pegi pernah dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai calon tersangka oleh Polda Jabar.
Untuk itu hakim menyatakan status tersangka Pegi tidak sah dan batal demi hukum.
Putusan hakim ini pun disambut gembira dan kelegaan oleh keluarga Pegi Setiawan beserta pengacara.
