Jokowi Dituntut TIPU UGM Rp 5.853 T, Ijazah Selama Jadi Presiden Disebut Tak Jelas: Melawan Hukum

Tuntutan itu dilayangkan oleh tim Tolak Ijazah Palsu Usaha Gakpunya Malu (TIPU UGM).
Jokowi dituntut triliunan karena ijazah yang digunakan selama menjabat sebagai presiden tidak jelas.
Pernyataan itu disampaikan oleh Muhammad Taufiq dari Tim TIPU UGM pada Minggu (8/6) dikutip dari Tribun Jateng.
Taufiq mengatakan besaran tuntutan yang dilayangkan kepada Jokowi itu dihitung berdasarkan jumlah utang negara saat ini.
Tuntutan itu tidak dihitung sejak Jokowi menjadi Wali Kota Solo namun ketika menjabat sebagai Presiden.
Menurut Taufiq tuntutan itu juga harus ditanggung oleh KPU Solo, SMA 6 Solo dan UGM.
Taufiq menilai KPU Solo tidak melakukan verifikasi berkas ijazah sejak awal Jokowi mendaftar sebagai Wali Kota.
Sehingga menurut Taufiq KPU juga harus ikut membayar tuntutan karena perbuatannya dianggap melawan hukum.
"Jadi kami menuntut segitu karena pihak tergugat termasuk perbuatan melawan hukum, karena ijazah Jokowi nggak jelas lalu beliau menjadi presiden.
Sedangkan SMA 6 Solo dinilai tidak membuka stambuk atau buku induk Jokowi.
Sementara UGM dinilai tidak jelas saat meluruskan keaslian ijazah Jokowi. (Tribun-Video.com/TribunJateng.com)
