Zaini usai menjalani pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka langsung ditahan, Senin (24/2/2025).
âHari ini, kami penyidik Kejati NTB telah menetapkan Zaini Arony sebagai tersangka yang diikuti dengan penahanan,â ucap penyidik pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejati NTB, Hasan Basri.
Zaini dititipkan penahanannya di Lapas Kelas IIB Praya.
Saat berjalan menuju mobil tahanan, Zaini tidak menjawab pertanyaan wartawan.
Dia mengalihkan pertanyaan untuk dijawab pengacaranya.
Zaini merupakan tersangka ketiga kasus pengelolaan lahan Pemda untuk pusat perbelanjaan di Desa Gerimak, Kecamatan Narmada, Lombok Barat.
Dalam keterangan sebelumnya, Hasan menyatakan para tersangka terlibat mengagunkan sertifikat hak guna bangunan (HGB) di Bank Sinar Mas sehingga merugikan negara Rp38 miliar.
"Salah satu poin krusial adalah melegalkan atau mensahkan atau mengagunkan sertifikat HGB atas tanah secara keseluruhan luasnya 8,4 hektare," kata Hasan.
Dalam kasus ini, jaksa sebelumnya sudah menetapkan tersangka Mantan Direktur PT Tripat Lalu Azril Sopandi dan Direktur PT Bliss Pembangunan Sejahtera Isabel Tanihaha.
