Dalam pembacaan dakwaan, Jaksa menyebut mantan Dirut Taspen Kosasih bersama eks Direktur Utama PT Insight Investments Management (IIM), Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto melakukan rencana investasi pada reksadana portfolio PT Taspen tanpa didukung hasil analisa investasi.
PT Taspen adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang tugas utamanya menyelenggarakan jaminan sosial dan dana pensiun bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan pejabat negara.
Pada sebuah pertemuan terdakwa Ekiawan, kata jaksa, menyebut besaran dana PT Taspen sebagai investasi baru sebesar Rp 800 miliar sampai Rp 1 triliun yang merugikan keuangan negara.
Besaran kerugian keuangan negara Rp1 Triliun tersebut berdasarkan laporan hasil pemeriksaan investigatif BPK RI dalam rangka perhitungan kerugian negara atas kegiatan investasi PT Taspen Persero.
